- Casa Medio’s 10-hour, in-depth service delivers a detailed visual foundation for your project; floor plans, color scheme, furniture, rug, lighting and window treatment suggestions. We also look at potential budgets and can create a timeline for you to realistically work on your project.
- Casa Piccolo is a concise overview of the essential components for projects you will take the reins on. Four hours of ideas for furnishings, color schemes and furniture placement.

Whether it’s a new kitchen or bathroom, an office redesign, custom furniture, draperies, or a home that needs design and architectural help from top to bottom, we are with you from start to finish.
We respect that you invite us into your home and share your visions for change. We take these ideas and work closely with our architects, contractors and artisans, who all share a dedication to the finished project. You reap the benefits of years of experience from all our resources.
Here’s how we break it down:
We listen.
- Our initial meeting is about learning your needs, design preferences (and what you don’t want!), financial investment and priorities
- We create and present design concepts and floor plans
- Together, we review and refine, and once you’ve approved it, your vision takes life
We execute. You benefit (‘cause we’re doing the legwork and overseeing the contractors).
- Select specific furnishings, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, moldings, artwork, etc.
- Price out and order materials
- Hire contractors, tradespeople, workrooms and artisans as needed
- Oversee project management (scheduling and construction) and budget
We install.
- Ensure all furnishings are delivered to receiver or owner
- Stage rooms to dovetail with design concepts
- Have some wine!

Casa Medio identifies the essential project building blocks, including suggestions for architectural updates, a project budget, and a schedule to clarify your end goals on a larger scale.
The ten-hour consultation allows us to:
- Assess your space and discuss layout and furniture placement
- Develop color schemes and lighting and décor accessories ideas for each room
- Discuss architectural changes
- Define your budget per room
- Identify the best resources for materials
- Collaborate on a multi-year plan when applicable

Excellent for the person who wants expert professional interior design advise for a small investment and has the confidence to take it from there.
Like an espresso shot, Casa Piccolo delivers a lot of impact in a short time. The Piccolo is for you when you’re looking for professional interior design advice and ideas. We’re good listeners, and we’re interested in knowing what inspires you, why you’re ready to make changes in your home and how we can help you clarify your vision.
We look at one or two rooms in detail for a Piccolo project.
Our process will give you
